As your agent, we strategically market your property using various media, to ensure that a suitable tenant is found with maximum efficiency. We arrange accompanied viewings at suitable times for prospective tenants (unless otherwise agreed).

You will be informed of all offers received on the property and, once you have agreed an offer, we will obtain all relevant references on your behalf. Should you be satisfied with the references, then we will prepare a Tenancy Agreement.
